NEW POSITION – Front Office –

We are looking for a front office employee (m/f) for our team available starting in June.


As part of the front office team, you will be the first point of contact for our international guests from check-in to check-out.


Your tasks

-Check-in and check-out as well as all work at the front office, such as invoicing and cash management 

-Active cooperation with housekeeping, reservations and Service 

-Professional reception, competent advice and support for hotel guests


Requirements

• Hospitality Management & Computer Qualification preferred

• At least 2 years  experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5* Hotel environment

• Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills

• Stable employment history and contactable references.
