My Blue Hotel is currently recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef to join their team available starting in June.
Requirements
• 2 years plus experience as a pastry chef at 4*-5* properties
• Up to date with world-class international service standards and food trends
• Understanding of different dietary requirements and restrictions
• Train and mentor current staff
• Guest centric with developed attention to detail and creativity
• Portfolio that clearly shows creativity and eye for detail.
• Solid employment history and contactable reference
