𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
The Technical Administrative Assistants' primary function is to ensure that the tech team, as a whole, thrives in all capacities. This role is pivotal in supporting our tech team by managing documentation, scheduling appointments, overseeing task management, and ensuring rigorous follow-up on team tasks. This role requires a unique blend of administrative efficiency and technical acumen to enhance the team's productivity and operational effectiveness.

• Documentation Management: Maintain, organize, and update technical documents, including but not limited to, project plans, technical guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure all documents are current, accurately cataloged, and accessible to the team.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and manage appointments for the tech team. This includes organizing meetings, setting up reminders, and facilitating the logistics for webinars, conferences, and other tech-related events.
• Task Management and Follow-Up (FUP): Monitor task assignments using project management tools to track progress and deadlines. Execute diligent follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and promptly address any delays.
• Team Support and Coordination: Coordinate team activities, including onboarding new team members, managing team resources, and serving as the point of contact for internal and external communications related to tech department operations.
• Technical Support: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance when necessary, aiding in the smooth operation of the team's technical infrastructure.
• Meeting Facilitation: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within a tech department or similar technical environment. Familiarity with tech industry standards and practices is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite), project management software (e.g., Insightly, Trello, Asana), and a basic understanding of technical terminology and concepts. Experience with documentation management systems is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀
• Our USA business hours include 8:00 am to 05:00 PM Arizona time, but due to the 24/7 support requirement, there might be different shifts when necessary.
• Expect to work at least 40 hours per week.
• 50 hours per week during the tax season, and weekends could be required.
